Private Training

A great trainer helps you build positive habits that stick with you for life- and we at CrossFit A.I.M. feel we can do that for YOU! When it comes to achieving your personal goals, nothing beats personal training.

One-on-one sessions provide programming that fits the specific needs and abilities of any athlete – from beginner to advanced. Private sessions are especially beneficial to beginner athletes as it expedites the process of perfecting form and technique. Taking the time to do this is tremendously helpful with avoiding injury. Have a pre-existing injury? We can work around that too! Private sessions are CUSTOM BUILT to adhere to the needs, abilities, and goals of the individual. One-on-one tuning also has the ability to give you more confidence that you’re doing things correctly and safely, power you through your sticking points and help you reach that next level!

Identify and clarify your fitness goals

Assess your movements

Perfect and fine tune form to ensure safety

Design a program specifically geared towards achieving your goals.
