My name is Kalynn but you can call me Kay. I have been doing CrossFit since January of 2014 and have been a coach since 2016.
I graduated from Penn State Behrend in 2012 with a degree in accounting and minors in finance and management. I currently work full time for Restoration Management Services.
One personal fact about me is that I love my dog! He is a 15lb Pomeranian that runs my life. Come meet him if you haven’t already. He is an official CrossFit AIM box dog!”
